Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) is more accurate than conventional imaging for primary staging of high-risk prostate cancer and localization of biochemical recurrence. Knowledge of PSMA expression patterns and standardized reporting facilitate accurate interpretation of positive PSMA findings.
