Decades of oncologic clinical use have demonstrated that cancer immunotherapy provides unprecedented therapeutic benefits. Tragically, only a minority of patients respond to existing immunotherapies. RNA lipid nanoparticles have recently emerged as modular tools for immune stimulation.
