我们旨在研究基于细胞因子吸附的血液净化技术在脓毒症治疗中的临床疗效。将60例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组(n = 30)和实验组(n = 30)。两组均接受常规治疗和连续静脉-静脉血液滤过,实验组在此基础上还接受丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸钠(AN69ST)血液净化。比较了C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞计数、白蛋白、血小板、总胆红素、肌酐、乳酸和APACHE II评分以及炎性因子白细胞介素(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的分泌水平。分析了住院时间、机械通气(MV)时间、药物使用时间和死亡率。治疗后,IL-6和TNF-α的分泌水平降低,其他指标显著改善,与治疗前相比有显著差异(P < 0.05),尤其是在实验组(P < 0.05)。实验组的住院时间、MV时间和药物使用时间显著低于对照组(P < 0.05),且死亡率低于对照组(P < 0.05)。总之,基于细胞因子吸附的血液净化技术可以显著改善脓毒症患者的各项指标,缩短住院时间,降低死亡率,改善预后。© 2023 作者,由De Gruyter出版。
We aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy of blood purification technology based on cytokine adsorption in the treatment of sepsis. Sixty patients with sepsis were randomly divided into control (n = 30) and experimental (n = 30) groups. Both groups were given routine treatment and continuous venovenous hemofiltration, and on this basis, the experimental group received acrylonitrile/sodium methacrylate (AN69ST) blood purification. The levels of C-reactive protein, procalcitonin, white blood cell count, albumin, platelets, total bilirubin, creatinine, lactic acid, and APACE II score, as well as secretion of inflammatory factors interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) were compared. The hospitalization time, mechanical ventilation (MV) time, drug use time, and mortality were analyzed. After treatment, the secretion levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased, and other indicators were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05), especially in the experimental group (P < 0.05). The hospitalization time, MV time, and drug use time in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05), and the mortality was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In conclusion, blood purification technology based on cytokine adsorption can significantly improve various indicators of sepsis patients, reduce hospitalization time, reduce mortality, and improve the prognosis.© 2023 the author(s), published by De Gruyter.
