The prognosis of the patients with medulloblastoma who relapse after initial treatment including radiotherapy remains dismal. A recent study by Peyrl et al. in JAMA Oncology suggests that the metronomic multidrug combination used in the medulloblastoma European multitarget metronomic antiangiogenic trial (MEMMAT) given at relapse can improve long-term survival.Copyright © 2023 Elsevier Inc.
